How to book

Two ways in.

01. Reserve through PushPress

Class size is small, so reserving ahead guarantees your spot. Existing members log into the PushPress booking portal. First-timers grab a free intro class.

Reserve a Class

02. Walk in

Members can walk in to any class. First-timers should email or text first so we can have wraps and gloves ready and introduce you to the coach before class.

When to arrive

Five minutes early.

Five to ten minutes before class gives you time to change, wrap your hands, meet the coach, and warm up before the formal warm-up starts.

If it's your first time, get there ten minutes early. We'll show you how to wrap, walk you through the gear, and pair you with a member who can demonstrate the drills.
